WWE Made $5 Million In Europe And Randy Orton Is Hilariously Trolling Independent Wrestlers About It

Orton, who claimed that SmackDown Live made $5 million in 11 shows as part of WWE's recently concluded tour of Europe, is the antithesis of everything that is independent wrestling, which prides itself on more rebellious, punk-rock values.
Orton is a thoroughbred. A pedigreed athlete who was born into the world wide leader of sports and entertainment. He's a third-generation WWE Superstar whose allegiance to the promotion is evident through his pro wrestling philosophy and rewarded with over a dozen world title reigns, including his current run as WWE champion.
Twitter couldn't have found a better antagonist for the underdogs of the underground. Orton is one of a small handful of talents who seem under qualified for the blanket term of WWE Superstar. If pro wrestling were the Kentucky Derby, he would be Secretariat's grandson.
Independent wrestling promotions separate themselves from WWE through more high-octane matches that feature a series of impressive strikes, aerial stunts and, of course, dives.
